DELIVERY AND COSTS

UK ORDERS
Order Processing:
We strive to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it, but please note that the delivery time is not guaranteed.

Standard Delivery (Free):
Our Standard Delivery service is free and available for deliveries to a single address in the UK. Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Signed For Services, with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 working days after placing the order.

Next Day Delivery (£8.95):
If you require your order to be delivered the next day in the UK, you can choose our Next Day Delivery service. Orders placed by 2pm from Monday to Friday will be delivered the next day. However, if you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, your goods will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery (£8.95):
For Saturday deliveries in the UK, you can select our Guaranteed Saturday Delivery service. If you place an order by 2pm on a Friday, your goods will be delivered by 1 pm the next day. Please note that orders placed on a Bank Holiday and requiring this service will be subject to Royal Mail's Bank Holiday terms and conditions.

Delivery Timeframes and Factors:
While we make every effort to deliver your items within the estimated timescales, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, floods, or fires. We shall not be liable for any loss suffered by you or a third party as a result of any delay or failure to deliver the items within the estimated timescales.

Bank Holiday Delivery:
Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays.

Refund of Delivery Costs:
Please be aware that all delivery costs are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Order Processing:
For orders in Europe. The cost for international shipping is £32.99, and your order will be sent via DHL or a similar carrier.
For the Rest of the World. The cost for international shipping is £39.99, and your order will be sent via DHL or a similar carrier.he 

Delivery Timeframes:
Please allow up to 15-18 working days for delivery of international orders.

Customs and Import Taxes:
Any local import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that delays may occur when Customs or Revenue Authorities impose such charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for or predict their amounts. You may wish to contact your local Customs or Revenue Authorities for additional information and advice.

Delivery Process and Charges:
International shipping carriers may be used for delivery. If you are not available to accept the delivery, a calling card will be left with instructions for re-delivery. If you fail to follow the instructions, the package will be returned to us, and you will be required to pay the re-delivery charges before we can attempt another delivery.
